Both beasts were matured to just under 30 months, all meat is vacuum packed. Cuts include:
Steaks: Ribeye, Fillet, Sirloin, Rump, Round.
Roasts: Topside, Silverside, Salmon cut, Brisket, Pot roast.
Diced, burgers, sausages, minced.
